Is it actually safe to book something I can't see?
Yes. We require an emergency contact before your first mystery booking, and every mystery, whether you picked a category or let us fully surprise you, reveals its real details at least 24 hours before it happens. You'll know exactly what you signed up for with time to plan, and an SOS button is there if you ever need it during the experience.
What if Help Me Choose matches me with something I don't want?
You're never charged for a match you don't accept. We show you the price, the rough date, and the general area first. If it's not for you, just decline and try again. Payment only happens once you say yes.
How much does this cost?
Every event shows its price upfront before you pay, mystery drops included. If you're doing this often, monthly passes (Weekend Explorer, Mystery Drops, Premium Events) work out cheaper than paying per booking.
Are the hosts real, verified people?
Every organizer goes through an approval ladder: they apply, our team reaches out, they verify their identity, and only then can they publish an event. Nothing goes live unreviewed.
What's this XP and Level thing?
You earn XP for actually showing up, not just booking. Regular events earn 150 XP, category mysteries 200 XP, and a full surprise match earns 300 XP for the extra leap of faith. Reach Level 10 and your next experience is free.
